We match the employers and employees after reviewing and scrutinizing their needs, nature of work, and cost-effectiveness. We bolster individuals and associations to understand their actual potential. Our aim is to provide skilled and unskilled construction workers to companies on a temporary employment basis/secondment basis in response to the current shortage of construction labor in Lithuania and EU.
