Teleperformance LT – At Teleperformance Lithuania, we are proud to be part of a global leader in customer experience management. Our journey began in 2015 when we established our contact center in Vilnius, starting with just one project. Since then, we have grown significantly and now manage five major international projects, delivering exceptional customer support to various locations worldwide in more than 15 different languages. As part of Teleperformance, an organization with a presence in nearly every country around the globe, our Lithuanian team plays a vital role in our company's mission to provide high-quality customer service and innovative business processing solutions. Our commitment to excellence and our multilingual capabilities have made us a crucial hub within the global Teleperformance network. In 2023, we reached a significant milestone with the acquisition of Majorel, a high-quality, European-focused company specializing in customer experience management and business process outsourcing services. We are still in process of becoming one team, however, this acquisition has already further enhanced our capabilities, allowing us to expand our team and bring in new international talent, strengthening our position as a key player in the global market.
